Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation is cancelled:
Peak Season (Aug 1 - 31):
- 30 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, no amount is charged
- 7 to 30 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, 50% of the total cost is charged
- 6 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay is charged.
High Season (July 11 - 31):
- 30 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, no amount is charged
- 7 to 30 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the amount of 1-nights' stay is charged
- 6 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay is charged
Middle Season (June 6 - July 10 & Sept. 1 - 25) :
- 7 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, no amount is charged
- 6 or less days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, the amount of 1-nights' stay is charged
Low Season (Apr. 1 - May 31 & Sept. 26 - Oct. 31):
- 7 or more days prior to the arrival date of the visitor - client, no amount is charged

Children's Policy:
- 0-2 years old: free of charge
- 2 - 12 years old: 50% of the per person rate
